Michael founded dotint.careers after 18 years in the UN system and hundreds of recruitment processes from both sides of the interview table. He started in systems engineering and computer science, then spent much of his career learning how international organisations really hire, from formal rules to everyday practice.

She is also a Core Lead Trainer at Next Step Foundation, an international NGO in Kenya, where she equips students with job readiness skills, including employability skills, job search strategies, interview preparation, and value-driven CV writing.

Having navigated different career paths across academia, civil society and international organisations, Olga is passionate about making international careers more accessible and transparent.
