Michael founded dotint.careers after 18 years in the UN system and hundreds of recruitment processes from both sides of the interview table. He started in systems engineering and computer science, then spent much of his career learning how international organisations really hire, from formal rules to everyday practice.

Gloriah Eshiwani is an HR professional and career coach who has helped more than 500 professionals across the world craft achievement-focused CVs and communicate their value with clarity and confidence. She is also a Core Lead Trainer at Next Step Foundation, an international NGO in Kenya, where she equips students with job readiness skills, including employability skills, job search strategies, interview preparation, and value-driven CV writing.

Olga is a human rights, advocacy and programme specialist with over twelve years of wide-ranging international experience. She has worked with civil society, human rights defenders, indigenous communities, international NGOs and institutions including the UN, EU and Inter-American Commission on Human Rights. Having navigated different career paths across academia, civil society and international organisations, Olga is passionate about making international careers more accessible and transparent.

Lena Moral Waldmeier

Lena is a communications and stakeholder engagement specialist who has sat on both sides of the interview table, from recruitment to onboarding across international teams at GIZ, UN-Habitat and UNCCD, and now runs her own jobs board for youth entry-level opportunities. She is passionate about demystifying the application process and helping young people get their foot in the door.
