These are Olga Arnaiz's words, and they capture why we invited her to become our fourth dotint.careers Ambassador.
Olga is a human rights, advocacy and programme specialist with more than twelve years of experience. Her career has crossed Latin America, Europe and the United States, taking her through academia, civil society, international NGOs and multilateral institutions. Those journeys have made her genuinely multicultural as well as multilingual: she speaks Spanish, English, Italian, French and Russian, and is currently based in Honduras.
Olga is very informal in her approach. She talks about international careers in a direct, practical way and enjoys helping people find the common thread in experience that may look scattered on paper. She knows how easily strong professionals can underestimate what they bring, especially when they have moved between countries, sectors or types of organisation.
