These words capture why we are so pleased to welcome Lena Moral Waldmeier as a dotint.careers Ambassador.
Lena is a communications and stakeholder engagement specialist with experience across international teams at GIZ, UN-Habitat and UNCCD. Having worked on recruitment and onboarding, she knows the interview table from both sides and understands how confusing international recruitment processes can feel to candidates.
She now also runs her own jobs board for youth entry-level opportunities. Her particular interest is in making international development careers easier to understand and helping young people recognise the value they can bring, find suitable openings and get their foot in the door.
